Hilke Ros is a Frontend Developer for Apex Squad at Sherpany. Hilke has a wide range of work experience, from software development to coaching to growth hacking. Hilke's first job was as an artist for Hroski. Hilke then became a manager for Amatorski before moving on to Creatief Schrijven vzw as a digital projects manager. From there, Hilke went to iDrops as a lean startup coach before landing at 1M Records as a Growth Hacker. Finally, Hilke found their way to Sherpany as a Frontend Developer. Hilke's experience and skills make their a valuable asset to the team.

Hilke Ros has a PhD in Linguistics and literature from Ghent University. Hilke also has a certificate in Innovatiemanagement voor KMO's from Vlerick Business School. Hilke is certified in music production and double bass (jazz) from HOGENT. Hilke also has certifications from Code School in shaping-up-with-angular-js and SHERPANY in Meeting Lead Certification.
