Latisha Schreurs is currently a Junior Recruiter at Sherpa since June 2023. Previously, from August 2015 to May 2023, Latisha held roles as a Coördinerend begeleider and Begeleider at Het zandkasteel-zorg, which supports children and adolescents aged 4 to 20 with intellectual disabilities. Latisha has also worked as an Online Marketer at TicketSpy from February 2020 to January 2022 and completed a traineeship in the educational department at Klimopschool ZML from September 2016 to June 2017, as well as a traineeship as a pedagogical supervisor at Het Robertshuis in early 2015. Latisha attained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences (2017-2021) and completed MBO studies at MBO College Hilversum (2014-2017) following a VMBO-T diploma from Rientjes MAVO (2010-2014).
