Nancy Charaya serves as a leader in empowering women through employment and entrepreneurship at SHEROES since April 2022. As a co-founder and adviser at Anthill Creations, Nancy has been instrumental in creating affordable playscapes from recycled materials, positively impacting over 20,000 children in India and Nepal. Previous roles include senior associate consultant at Intellecap, focusing on the circular economy in the apparel industry, and participation in various incubators and initiatives that support entrepreneurship. Nancy's early career included product management roles at Flipkart and was recognized as a trainee architect involved in award-winning projects. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
