Reem E. Freier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as an Assistant Manager at Giordano's - Famous Stuffed Pizza where they trained employees, recruited new hires, and excelled in multitasking. They then worked as a Bank Teller II at SunTrust, where they processed customer transactions with meticulous attention to detail.

In 2019, Reem interned as a Data Analyst at STATISICS, where they created and maintained interactive visualizations, utilized statistical methods to solve industry-specific problems, and designed the reporting environment.

They then transitioned to a Healthcare Recruiter role at Cross Country Locums in 2021, where they independently handled full-cycle recruiting and built long-term relationships with clients.

In 2022, Reem served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Q-PAC, executing full-cycle recruiting, developing onboarding structures and training, and assisting with onboarding guide creation for new hires.

They then moved on to Strategy Source LLC as a Data Integration & Acquisition Manager, optimizing processes for data migration, establishing reporting and data analysis protocols, and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis for sourcing staffing effectiveness.

Currently, Reem works as a Human Resource Technology Analyst at Shermco Industries.

Reem E. Freier has a comprehensive education history. Reem obtained certification in Power BI and TSQL from Pragmatic Works in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources at LSU Shreveport from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida between 2016 and 2019.
