Ryan Groff has extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as the Regional Manager and Broker in Charge at New Western since March 2012, where expertise includes acquiring single-family homes for personal investments and a clientele of investors in North Carolina. Additionally, Ryan has played multiple roles at New Western, from General Manager to Acquisition Agent, focusing on providing investment properties at favorable prices. Concurrently, Ryan assists with loans for real estate investing at Sherman Bridge Lending, securing private funding for distressed properties. Previously, Ryan worked as a Customer Care Representative for Agility Medical Group, selling medical devices. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
