Jonathan O'Brien is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, and real estate. Currently serving as a Partner at Sherin and Lodgen LLP since April 2021, Jonathan focuses on sustainability initiatives, early stage investment rounds, and private placements. Prior roles include Partner at Charles River Law Partners LLC, Partner at Murphy & King, Professional Corporation, and in-house counsel at BNP Paribas. Jonathan began a legal career at Salans and later worked in the litigation department at Skadden Arps. Educationally, Jonathan holds a JD from Tulane University Law School and a BA in French Literature from McGill University.
