Norm Hagen has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Norm began their career at Apache Corporation in 1986, where they held the role of IT for nearly two decades. During their time at Apache, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager Technical Architecture and held this position until 2004.

In 2005, Norm joined Universal Compression as an IT Director, overseeing the IT department's activities globally. Norm provided high-level project oversight for an ERP implementation before the company's merger with Hanover.

Norm's most recent work experience is with Sheridan Production Co, LLC, where they have been an IT Director since 2007. Initially, they were responsible for setting up the IT organization, choosing ERP applications, implementing IT operational processes, and supporting the business units. In their current role, Norm oversees day-to-day IT functions, manages high-profile projects, implements and integrates applications, and ensures easy access to data for the business.

Norm Hagen attended Auburn University from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering.
