Angela S. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR at Sherborne Area Schools' Trust since January 2020, with previous roles including Human Resources Services Manager and Trust HR Advisor. Angela S. also contributes as a Governor at Preston School Yeovil since September 2023 and worked as an Associate Lecturer at Yeovil College from November 2018 to April 2020, delivering HR Masterclasses for the HR Apprenticeship Programme and related qualifications. Prior to these roles, Angela S. was an HR Advisor at Dorset County Council from May 2006 to December 2019, providing vital employee relations advice to schools across Dorset, with a focus on disciplinary issues, grievances, TUPE, redundancies, restructures, attendance management, and employment law.
