Dovian Gratacós is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in hotel and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Executive at Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino since February 2023, Dovian previously held the position of Group Sales Manager at Caribe Hilton from August 2019 to February 2023. Dovian's career includes roles such as Dispensary Manager at A PR dispensary, Group Sales Manager at La Concha Resort, and multiple positions as Group Sales Manager at various hotels. Dovian began a trajectory in customer service as a Guest Service Agent at Hilton Ponce Golf & Casino Resort from 2004 to 2010. Educationally, Dovian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Metropolitana.
