Sharon Reuveny is an experienced professional in the field of food engineering and environmental management, currently serving in a role related to Knowledge Innovation at ImpactBuying B.V. since November 2023. As the Founder and COO of Sher Consulting & Training since January 2003, Sharon has a long-standing commitment to food safety and sustainability. Previously, Sharon held the position of Deputy General Manager at Mérieux NutriSciences - Global from November 2021 to November 2023, managing operations while also serving as EGS manager in Israel. Furthermore, Sharon spent eight years as Head of the Food Sector at the Standards Institution of Israel, contributing to the development of food safety standards, and has a solid foundation in auditing various quality standards gained during a tenure as Head of the Food Department at SII. The educational background includes a B.Sc in Food Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an M.Sc in Environmental Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
