Rachel Berry currently serves as a Sr. Health & Wellness Benefits Analyst at Sheppard Pratt, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Lead Benefits Administrator & HR Assistant at Assured Partners - AxisPointe from May 2021 to March 2022, and previously worked as a State Certified Medicaid Application Counselor at HCAM - Returning Citizens Health Link, where Rachel coached inmates on Medicaid applications and state benefits. Rachel has also gained valuable experience as a Sr. Customer Service Advisor in Broker Services at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, delivering support to brokers and analyzing medical claims. Rachel is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Maryland Global Campus, following an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Baltimore City Community College.
