Matthew W. Johnson is a prominent academic and researcher in the field of psychology, currently serving as a Senior Investigator in Psychedelics at Sheppard Pratt since February 2024. With a longstanding affiliation with The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine since May 2004, Matthew has held various academic positions, including Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Instructor, and Postdoctoral Fellow. Matthew earned a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology/Behavioral Pharmacology from the University of Vermont between 1999 and 2004, following a B.S. in Psychology from Eastern Oregon University from 1996 to 1999.
