Kristian Samways is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as Senior Programme Manager at Shepley Engineers Ltd since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kristian was Program Manager at JF Nuclear from June 2021 to January 2024 and founded Samtech Performance in February 2012, where Kristian held the position of CEO. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Operations and Operations Manager at CDS Wilman from March 2020 to June 2021, and Programme Manager at Rolls Royce from January 2014 to March 2020. Kristian also held roles as Project Manager at ADI.TV and Project Manager at BAE Systems, while innovation management experience was gained at Northwest Aerospace Alliance. Educational qualifications include IOSH Managing Safely and a Level 3 Award in Safety for Managers from NCRQ, both attained in 2020.
