Ryan Torrie is currently the Operations Manager at Shepherd Neame Ltd, and previously held the same position at BIG SMOKE BREW CO LIMITED, Bill's Restaurants, Urban Pubs and Bars, Young & Co Brewery, PLC, Geronimo Inns, and Bondi Bar and Kitchen. With experience in overseeing the growth of various pub and restaurant chains, as well as managing high volume sites in central London, Ryan has a strong background in the hospitality industry. Additionally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure Management from Griffith University.
