Kim Saltsman has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Kim started their work experience in 2003 at Fisher Insurance Services Inc. as an Accounting professional. Kim then moved on to Century 21 in 2011, where they worked as a Closing Coordinator until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Kim served as a Controller at Anchor Insurance Agency, Inc. Since 2015, they have been working at Shepherd Insurance as an Accountant.

Kim Saltsman earned an Associates in Arts degree in Business from Jefferson Community College in Kentucky, completing the program from 1986 to 1988. Later, from 1998 to 2002, Saltsman pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Sullivan University.
