Victor Peña is an experienced Life Groups Pastor at Shepherd Church since July 2014, where responsibilities include connecting individuals to small groups, onboarding and training leaders, and championing small groups across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Victor served as a Residence Life Desk Attendant at Moody Bible Institute from September 2012 to July 2014, ensuring adherence to residence life policies. Additionally, Victor was the President of Puente, focusing on educating the student body about Hispanic and Latino issues, and worked as a Rivers Edge Counselor at Camp Eagle, where summer camp programs were developed and campers were mentored. Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Studies from Moody Bible Institute, awarded in 2014.
