Robert Hernandez is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Shepeard Community Blood Center since May 2023. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at TaxSlayer from September 2005 to June 2023, including Human Resources Manager, Payroll Administrator, and Business Manager/Customer Service Manager. Robert also spent over 15 years at Daimler Chrysler, serving as Customer Service/Arbitrator/Collections Manager. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University and an educational background from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
