Shermal Senanayake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regional sales management and international marketing. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for Snibe in Sri Lanka and the Maldives since March 2023, Shermal previously held positions such as Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Snibe's India subsidiary and Regional Sales Manager for Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Manager for Australia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka at DIRUI Industrial Co., Ltd from June 2018 to March 2023, and an International Marketing Specialist. Early career development included a management internship at Ferro-Fabs (Pvt) Ltd from July 2010 to September 2011, where Shermal gained valuable insights into concept building and Auto-CAD software. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Shandong University of Science and Technology.
