Michael Lutz, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SWP, CM has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Michael'smost recent position was as the Director of Enterprise and IT Programs at Shentel, where they led cross-functional teams in delivering strategic and complex enterprise and IT programs or products. Prior to that, they served as the Program Director of ePMO, where they managed highly complex programs and projects. Michael has also held positions such as Director of PCS Sales Operations and Manager of both PCS Sales Operations and Indirect Sales at Shentel. Before joining Shentel, Michael worked at Rite Aid as the Regional Human Resource Manager - Associate Relations, Regional Loss Prevention Manager, and Training Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, operations, human resources, and program/project management.

Michael Lutz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from Walden University, which they obtained in 2009. Michael also has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from Walden University, completed in 2007. Michael'shigh school education was obtained at Stone Wall Jackson High School.
