Eileen Spiro, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Eileen currently works at Shenkman Capital Management, Inc as a Senior Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager. Prior to this, Eileen held various roles within the same company, including Director of Structured Products, Vice President and Structured Credit Analyst, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate.

Before joining Shenkman Capital Management, Inc, Eileen worked at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in the Private Bank Fixed Income Thematic Advisory Program and IB Fixed Income Sales & Trading PricingDirect. Eileen also has experience as a Ski Coach and Ski School Instructor at Stratton Mountain Resort.

Eileen's early experience includes roles as a Summer Analyst at JP Morgan and Bear Stearns & Company in Fixed Income Analytics.

Eileen Spiro, CFA, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences (Operations Research) & Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University from 2005 to 2009. In September 2015, they also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder certification from the CFA Institute.
