Kathy Josephson is an experienced communications and marketing professional currently serving as the Manager of Communications at Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative since April 2018. Previously, Kathy held the position of Public Relations Manager at Dairyland Power Cooperative from July 2011 to September 2017, where responsibilities included developing strategic marketing plans and facilitating inter-cooperative collaboration. Additional roles include Director of Marketing and Recruiting at Alexandria Technical and Community College and various marketing leadership positions at organizations such as Shooting Star Casino and Microsoft. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Management, IT from the University of Mary and a Bachelor's degree in English, American Studies, and Business Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
