Cassandra Frysinger is an accomplished professional with a strong background in environmental compliance and energy programs. Currently serving as Energy Program Coordinator at Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative since May 2019, Cassandra manages all aspects of net metering for a large membership base while ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an Air Permit Writer at the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, where Cassandra developed state and federal air permits, and as a Project Take-off Technician at Kawneer Company, focusing on project specifications. Educationally, Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
