Neil Fencer is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching English and Spanish at the secondary level. Currently serving as a Secondary Teacher at Shenandoah County Public Schools since August 2022, Neil has previously held teaching positions at notable institutions, including St George's College in Argentina and Rockingham County Public Schools, where responsibilities included AP Language and Culture. Neil's educational journey includes a Doctor of Arts in English Pedagogy from Murray State University (2020-2025), a Master's degree in Global Professional English from Fort Hays State University (2013-2016), and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Eastern Mennonite University (1994-1999).
