Lora Williams Helmer is a dedicated professional with a strong background in volunteer work and various roles in media, advertising, and business development. Currently serving as an Area Governor at Rotary District 5100, Lora also volunteers at Discovery Center in The Dalles OR as an archival volunteer. With a BA in English Literature from Whitman College, Lora has garnered accolades such as being inducted into the ShelterBox USA Hall of Fame and receiving the Ambassador of the Year award in 2021.
