Jan Fernandez, CFRE, CFRM, currently serves as the Senior Development Officer and Annual Giving and Stewardship Officer at The Shelter for Abused Women & Children since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing donor programs and planning key fundraising events. Previously, Jan held the position of Director of Development at Gulfshore Playhouse from February 2018 to August 2019, successfully cultivating relationships to exceed the organization's budget and managing a gala that raised over $1 million. Earlier roles include Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Development at Artisā€”Naples and Executive Assistant for the hospital administration at Physicians Regional Healthcare System. Jan is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Florida SouthWestern State College, with prior education from Mt. Zion School of Ministry.
