Susannah L. Pierce currently serves as President and Country Chair of Shell, having joined the company in April 2021. Prior to this role, Susannah held various leadership positions at LNG Canada from 2013 to April 2021, including Director of External Relations, where responsibilities encompassed environment, regulatory affairs, community consultation, and government relations. Susannah's extensive experience at Shell Canada includes roles as Director of Corporate Affairs and Vice President of Value Chain Integration, focusing on maximizing enterprise value and overseeing new business opportunities across the oil and gas sector. Additionally, Susannah has managed communications teams globally and established government relations departments in both Canada and the U.S. Earlier career experiences include a directorial role at TransCanada Corporation and a sales management position at MicroStrategy. Susannah holds a Master's degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University.
