Sunday Awe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Shell since July 2003, currently serving as Head of Operations for Offshore/Onshore High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) projects. As a subject matter expert, Sunday excels in HPHT design and execution, managing complex activities in both greenfield and brownfield projects, while ensuring safety and efficiency through Managed Pressure Drilling techniques. Previous roles include Well Design Project Lead, Senior Drilling Engineer, Drilling Supervisor, and various engineering positions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of drilling operations and risk management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Master’s in Well Design and Engineering from Robert Gordon University, along with a Bachelor's in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
