Shankar Rajpal possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management within the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Engineering Lead at Shell's QGC and as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Origin Energy since 2019. In prior roles, Shankar has successfully managed various projects, including the Santos Fairview Waddy Brae Tank Upgrade and multiple pipeline engineering tasks for Fyfe Pty Ltd and Santos Ltd. Shankar's background encompasses significant engineering responsibilities on projects such as the Narrabri Gas Development Project and the management of IGCC plant engineering with Bechtel National Inc. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Oil & Gas from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
