Rahul Menon is a Facilities Engineer with extensive experience, currently serving Shell since January 2021, managing oil terminals across multiple states and overseeing compliance, risk management, asset planning, and safety protocols. Previously, Rahul worked as a Sustain and Improve Engineer at Shell and as a Project Engineer for XTO Cowboy CDP Phase 1 & 2 through Audubon Companies, where project management and technical oversight were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes mechanical engineering roles in various projects, graduate research on particle gel extrusion, and supervisory positions in library operations and procurement at an educational institution. Rahul holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
