Michiel Steltenpool has over two decades of experience in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Shell since October 2005. Previous roles at Shell include Vice President of Planning and Performance Technical and Competitive IT and General Manager of the Mobile Competence Center. Prior to Shell, Michiel worked at IBM as an IT Application Innovation Consultant and at Airborne as a Manufacturing Engineer. Michiel holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, completed in November 2020.
