Prior to this, Joe worked as the Lake Charles Project Finance Manager, overseeing an $8 billion negotiation and managing a project headline of over $11 billion. Joe held various finance manager roles focusing on deepwater projects, unconventional businesses, and refinery operations, driving significant innovations in financial controls, operational efficiency, and supply chain transformations. Joe's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Northern Colorado.
