Jenny Nicholson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources across various industries. Since October 2018, Jenny has been employed at Shell as the Global Organization Development & Learning Manager for Trading & Supply, having previously held the position of Manager for Organisation Development & Learning in Gas, Renewables & Energy Solutions. Prior to joining Shell, Jenny worked at Chevron from February 2014 to August 2018, where roles included Human Resources Change Manager and Change Management, Communications and Business Projects Leader for International Joint Ventures. Jenny's career began at DuPont, where from February 2002 to December 2013, significant roles included Regional Lead Consultant in Asia Pacific focused on Culture and Change Management, as well as Marketing and Research Manager for the same region. Earlier experience includes a position as Media Account Manager at IdeaWorks between 2000 and 2001. Jenny holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Newcastle.
