Jaap Hoogendoorn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and organizational development. Since 2006, Jaap has held various leadership positions at Shell, including Chief Learning Officer, Vice President of Learning Solutions, and Vice President of Organization Development & Learning for Upstream operations. Additional roles at Shell include Vice President of HR Learning & Organization Effectiveness for Global Functions, Learning Manager for Iraq, and Organization Effectiveness Manager for Projects & Technology, as well as for the North Caspian Operating Company. Prior to joining Shell, Jaap worked as a Managing Consultant at Gemini Consulting from 1999 to 2005.
