Bas Kikkert is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as VP of Organizational Development & Learning for Shell Academies and VP of Asset Support for Shell Upstream Production Support & Excellence. With over 20 years at Shell, Kikkert has held various leadership roles, including General Manager of Technical Services LNG at Shell Global Solutions International and Operations Manager for Gas-to-Liquids at Shell GTL Pearl Qatar. Previous positions involved advising on hydroprocessing as a consultant, managing production units at SAPREF, and developing energy management strategies within Shell's downstream sector. Kikkert holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Thermal Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
