Alena Bakeyeva is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Site Operations Lead at Shell since September 2023. Concurrently, Alena is pursuing a Level 4 Data Analytics Diploma with Corndel, focusing on SQL, Python, and various regression techniques. Previously, Alena spent six years at Credit Suisse, progressing from a Graduate Site Support Analyst to an IT Support and Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included vendor management and budget analysis. Alena's background includes a teaching assistant role at UCL School of Management and leadership as President of the UCL Eurasian Business Society. Alena holds a degree in Information Management for Business from University College London, with additional experience as a project manager and an English language teacher.
