Ed Anderson has a long and varied career in business. Ed began their career in 1982 as Vice President of Business Development at American Express. In 1983 they moved to The Computer Factory as Vice President of Marketing, where they launched 4 color free standing inserts in leading East Coast newspapers. In 1988, they became President and Chief Operating Officer of ComputerLand Corp. In 1993, they joined CompuCom as CEO and helped build the services business to improve profit margins and add stickiness to customer relationships. In 1994, they were appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. In 2000, they became Chairman and CEO of Second Wave. In 2005, they became President of iPoint Systems. In 2009, they returned to CompuCom as Chief Strategy Officer. Finally, in 2013, they retired from Shelfbucks, where they had been serving as Chief Strategy Officer.
Ed Anderson obtained a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1968. Ed then went on to attend Harvard Business School, where they received their MBA in 1970. In 2016, Anderson received an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
