C. J. Johnson has a diverse work experience. From December 2016 until present, they have been serving as the Director of Client Services at On Shelf Availability Retail Services (O.S.A). Prior to this, they worked at Retail Integrity Merchandising Solutions, Inc. from November 2014 to December 2016 as a Senior Account Manager. C. J. also held the positions of Quality Assurance Analyst from October 2012 to November 2014 and Territory Manager from February 2012 to October 2012 at the same company. Before that, C. J. Johnson worked at Subway as an Assistant Manager from October 2010 to October 2011.

C. J. Johnson completed their high school education at Fayetteville High School - West from 2001 to 2003, obtaining a High School Diploma in Applied Horticulture and Horticultural Business Services. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
