Mike Stenhouse is an experienced professional in human resource consulting, currently serving as Principal and Executive Director at Sheffield since 1986, overseeing all South Island operations including executive search and selection, organizational development, and Board development. With over 30 years in the field, Mike has managed senior appointments and change projects for prominent organizations in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, Mike has held various leadership positions, including Director at Christchurch Art Gallery Foundation and Canterbury Medical Research Foundation, Chair at New Zealand Brain Research Institute and Rangi Ruru Girls' School, and Governor at Canterbury Employers' Chamber of Commerce. Education includes attendance at Xavier College from 1968 to 1971.
