- Oversee all fleet equipment maintenance & utilization

- Find solutions for all equipment issues

- Order all parts for fleet and keep records of each purchase

- Oversee tire inventory

- Oversee all pre-trip inspection reports & Fleetio issue reports

- Work with drivers/driver manager on fleet issues that occur

- Create weekly fleet reports for General Manager

SAFETY/COMPLIANCE

- Attend & lead safety discussion in driver meetings

- Coordinate all wreck recoveries from start to finish

- Oversee all driver training in relation to wreck recoveries

- Oversee all DOT paperwork for new hires & company

- Oversee all TDLR compliance for new hires & company

- Responsible for passing of all DOT & TDLR audits

- Point of contact for law enforcement agents on behalf of the company

- Point of contact for TDLR & DOT

- OSHA compliance

- EPA compliance

OTHER

- Recruit oilfield companies to be new customers

- Oversee all vehicle auctions

- Assist in driver interviews
