- Vendor Relations: Responsible for all communication with vendors in regards to contracts, new markets, performance and overall satisfaction.
- Oversee all marketing efforts (Google, NTTS, Facebook, etc.)
- Collections for wreck recoveries
- Handle all chargeback disputes
- Damage Claims: Handle all of correspondence from start to finish of the claim process
- Insurance (Being point of contact, adding new vehicles, handling renewal process, dealing with injuries, overall questions)
