Avneesh Raghuvanshi is an established executive in the financial services and private equity sectors, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Financial Services & Private Equity at Sheffield Haworth since February 2024. Previously, Avneesh held key roles at Pedersen & Partners, first as Country Manager for India and later as APAC Head of the Private Equity Practice from April 2015 to January 2024. Earlier experiences include positions as Partner at GKR Daulet-Singh, where Avneesh led critical search assignments, and as Promoter at Anthill Executive Search, which was founded to meet executive search needs across various industries. Avneesh's career began at Executive Access (India) Pvt Ltd. as a Consultant, contributing to the recruitment efforts for private equity funds and investment banks. Avneesh has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and has an extensive educational background in economics, accounts, commerce, and maths from Modern School Barakhamba Road.
