Jair Garcia is an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at SheerID since June 2021, Jair has also held positions as Sr. HR Generalist and HR Generalist within the same organization. Previous experience includes roles at Puppet as an Associate HR Generalist and People Ops Coordinator, and at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare as a Human Resources Specialist focused on onboarding. Jair began a career in HR at Schnitzer Steel as a Benefits Administrator/HR Specialist and at Scenic Fruit Company as a Human Resources Assistant.
