Mbongeni Khumalo is an experienced culinary professional with a solid background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Shearwater Adventures since February 2020, Mbongeni previously held the position of Senior Chef at Shearwater Adventures and Cafes from June 2019 to February 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Chef De Partie at Holiday Inn from August 2018 to June 2019. Mbongeni's educational qualifications include a degree in Professional Cookery from the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Zimbabwe, completed in 2013.
