Joel Winston Miner is a seasoned construction and facility management professional with over 30 years of experience in large-scale commercial property management, landscape design, and maintenance. Currently serving as Senior Superintendent at Shearon Environmental Design since July 2021, Joel has held various significant roles, including Vice President of Commercial Operations at Countywide Landscape and Project Coordinator at Mancini Development Corporation. Notably, Joel was instrumental in establishing the interior landscape division at Shearon Tropicals in 2009 and has experience managing operations as CEO of J.W. Miner Landscapes Inc. Joel's education includes safety certifications and specialized training from prestigious institutions such as Penn State Cooperative Extension and Longwood Gardens.
