Qais Hazaimeh is a Senior Engineering Manager at Shearer's Snacks with a background in managing capital projects for multiple plants. Prior to that, they worked as a Maintenance and Engineering Manager and Project Engineer, overseeing capital projects and expansions. With experience as a Plant Engineer at HJ Heinz, they have a strong engineering background in planning, designing, and maintaining plant equipment and systems.
