Eric Krizay has extensive work experience in supply chain planning and logistics. Eric started their career at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 2007 as a Supply Chain Analytics professional. In 2009, they joined The J.M. Smucker Company as a Manager for Warehouse Projects, and later became a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Planning until 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at Shearer's Snacks, where they held various roles including Director of Supply Chain Planning, Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning & Logistics, and currently serves as the Vice President of Planning and Logistics.

Eric Krizay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from The University of Akron in 2011. Eric then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kent State University from 2013 to 2015.
