Rick Wedow has a extensive work experience in sales management and territory management roles. Rick started their career in 1980 as a Territory Manager at Comfort Supply, Inc. Rick then worked as a Territory Manager at Aces A/C Supply, Inc. from 1983 to 1989. After that, Rick served as the President of Waterfurnace of Texas, where they were responsible for the development and startup of a wholesale facility. Rick received the distributor of the year award in 1989. Rick returned to Aces A/C Supply, Inc. and held various roles including Sales Manager, VP of Sales, and Senior Vice President of Sales. Rick worked with sales management personnel to develop sales plans and initiatives, implemented sales plans, tracked sales, and conducted CRM activities with the sales force and managers. In 2012, Rick joined Shearer Supply, Inc. as the VP of Sales for North Texas.
