Kyle Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kyle began their career in 2003 as an Officer in the Army National Guard and served until 2014. In 2006, they joined Ingersoll Rand as a Territory Manager for TRANE until 2008.

From 2009 to 2014, Kyle worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, starting as a Management Assistant and moving up to Assistant Manager and eventually Branch Manager.

In 2014, Kyle joined Ram Tool Construction Supply Co. as an Operations Manager, where they managed branch operations including inventory, vehicles, and employees. Kyle utilized SAP for sales, purchasing, and inventory control transactions.

Since 2017, Kyle has been working at Shearer Supply, Inc. Kyle started as a Territory Manager until 2019 and then became the Director of Sales for the Carrollton location in September 2022.

From 2001 to 2006, Kyle Gilbert attended Texas A&M University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Distribution.
