Carl Webb has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carl is currently the Director of Sales - Central Texas at Shearer Supply, Inc., where they provide assistance to heating and air companies in navigating a competitive industry and helps transform their businesses. Prior to this role, they served as the Territory Manager - Central Texas at Shearer Supply.

Before joining Shearer Supply, Carl worked at Chariot Innovations as the Director of Sales & Operations and later as the Chief Operating Officer. Carl also co-founded and served as the CEO of Chariot Marketing.

Additionally, Carl has experience in sales and marketing at Bellhops and Mattson Financial Services, and they interned in Global Wealth Investment Management at Merrill Lynch. Carl began their career as a Pre-Law Advisor's Assistant at Baylor University.

Carl Webb attended Wilson Central High School from 2009 to 2013, but it is not specified if they obtained a degree or had a particular field of study during this time. Following high school, they enrolled in Baylor University from 2013 to 2017. At Baylor, Carl earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation.

In addition to their formal education, Carl also obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they received the American Standard Variable Speed Certification from American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. Prior to that, in December 2020, they completed the ASSET (American Standard Sales Excellence Training) program, also provided by American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. Most recently, in March 2022, Carl obtained the LEAP certification from Trane Technologies.
