Michael Treseler is an Investment Banking Analyst at Shea & Company, having started in August 2024. Previously, Michael held the position of Administrative Assistant at the Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics at Boston College Carroll School of Management from September 2022 to May 2024. Prior experience includes a Summer Analyst role at Shea & Company in the summer of 2023, a Spring Internship at Union Park Capital from January to May 2022, and a finalist position in the Citi M&A Case Competition in late 2021. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston College, expected in May 2024, following a high school diploma from St. Sebastian's School in June 2020.
